Either save the file GribSetup.exe in a temporary folder, then run it to install the program or take the option to run it immediately without saving. Once installed, you can run the program via the Start / All Programs / BallGate Systems or use the shortcut which gets installed on your desktop. Please contact us if you experience any problems or have any suggestions as to how we can improve the program.
Please note - some users have been unable to use the program to download Gribs - this has been because their firewalls have stopped the program from accessing the Internet. Please use your firewall setup to grant the program permission to do this.
